Kamani Reeder’s Orbit is an incredible piece. All of the The Ghost in Your Piano songs are really good, and this might be my favorite. The singing and piano are both incredible, and they fit together perfectly. Absolutely worth listening to.
Thank you for creating this incredible song. Favorite track: Orbit.

lyrics

I'm gonna keep watching life sideways;
even from out here the city holds on like a vice.
A life unlived twice...

The rest of the world shifts above me.
I spend my time pointing out landmarks and places I've been,
the sights that I've seen.

To travel around a star
is the same thing as falling.
It's a fall without ending.
The pull isn't all there is:
if you push without stalling
then you'll fall without ending.

Do I return to the surface
and find out the world underneath me has always been quiet?
A solemn, slow quiet...

They say tales are inherently cycles
and that would be fine...
that would be fine...
that would be fine...
that would be fine...
that would be fine...

To travel around a star
is the same thing as falling.
It's a fall without ending.
The pull isn't all there is:
if you push without stalling
then you'll fall without ending.
It's a fall without ending.
It's a fall without ending.
